Q.  Can I return my purchase?
A.  Our return policy is  "no questions asked".  If an item is defective, we will reimburse your shipping costs back to us and replace your item free.

Q.  Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
A.  We are located in the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire, which is known as the "Live Free or Die" state.  Therefore, we do not have sales tax here and will never charge a sales tax to you, our customer.

Q.  When will my purchase arrive?
A.  We generally use UPS Ground for larger items and USPS for some smaller items. Shipping times vary by products, but we generally ship your purchase within 5-7 days, sometimes faster. From there, the actual delivery time to you depends on your distance from the shipping point.
Occasionally, products are out of stock and may take a longer than normal time to ship.  In this case, we will notify you of the delay and confirm your desire to have the item shipped "when available".

Q.  Do you ship to Non-United States addresses?
A.  No, at this point we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.  We plan to offer more shipping alternative in the future.
